NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INSTANT WIN GAME AND SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES (INCLUDING D.C.), WHO ARE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
DESCRIPTION: The Winter Warm Up Consumer Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Campbell Soup Company (“Sponsor”) and starts at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on February 28, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Administrator is Marden-Kane, Inc., 575 Underhill Blvd, Suite 222, Syosset, New York 11791 (“Administrator”). Sponsor and Administrator may herein be referred to as Promotion Entities (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (nineteen (19) years of age or older for residents of Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) years of age or older for residents of Mississippi and 18 years of age or older in all other states and the District of Columbia) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, including the Administrator, and any other companies engaged in the development, administration, production, fulfillment or distribution of materials for this Promotion, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household, whether related not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Void outside the 50 United States and D.C., and where prohibited by law. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating and/or accepting a prize, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to accept decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, access the online entry form by scanning the Quick Response code (“QR code”)* found on advertising materials at participating restaurants** OR by visiting www.CampbellsWinterWarmUp.com. To enter, complete all required information on the entry form. As part of the entry process, Entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Upon submission of a completed entry form, Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and will be prompted to play the Instant Win Game (a “Game Play”). Limit one Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Game Play per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Promotion Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders. Entries are subject to the acceptance and acknowledgement of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.campbellsoupcompany.com/privacy-policy/. All Entries must be received by February 28, 2025.
*Internet access is required. Message and data rates apply. You may be charged by your wireless carrier for participating via your mobile device. It is therefore recommended that you consult your wireless carrier’s pricing plan BEFORE participating via mobile device. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Proof of transmission (such as a “confirming” message) of the entry does not constitute proof of submission/delivery.

Notification and Verification: Instant Win Game Prize Winners: After playing the Instant Win Game, if you receive an on-screen winning message notification, follow the instructions to claim your prize. Any other message or lack thereof indicates you are not an instant winner of a prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements and compliance with these Official Rules. All Game Plays are subject to verification by the Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. An Entrant is not a winner of any prize even if the Promotion website or communication should so indicate, unless and until Entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning Game Play has been verified. Sponsor will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning. The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depends on the total number of eligible game-plays completed during the Promotion Period. Prizes are randomly time-seeded throughout the Promotion Period (each a “Winning Time”). The first person who completes a valid Game Play on or after one of the randomly generated Winning Times (as recorded by the Website software) will be deemed a potential instant winner of the corresponding prize, subject to verification of Game Play, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules. The number of Online Instant Win Prizes available to be won in the Instant Win Game will decrease during the Promotion Period as prizes are awarded. If, due to an error of any kind, more instant winning messages are delivered to participants, or more Instant Win Game prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded as noted below in “Prizes”, the intended number of Game prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified Game Prize claims received during the Promotion Period.
Sweepstakes Prize Winner: A random drawing to determine one (1) Grand Prize winner (from among all eligible entries submitted during the Promotion Period) will be conducted on or about March 14, 2025. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received.
Potential winner is subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Administrator or Sponsor will notify potential winner by email using information provided on entry within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 to include winner’s social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service (as required for any prize that is awarded with a value of $600 or more (collectively, the “Documents”). If a potential winner cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); or fails to respond to a notification and/or return the completed Documents by the date stated in the notification email; or refuses the prize; or the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner and an alternate potential winner will be notified. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Only three alternates will be contacted in an attempt to award the prize, after which the prize will remain unawarded.
Prizes:
Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) Grand Prize (1): $5,000 (awarded in the form of a check in the name of the Grand Prize winner).
Instant Win Game Prizes: One Hundred (100) $50 Amazon e-code. Two Hundred (200): $20 Amazon e-code. Terms and conditions provided by the e-code issuer will apply. E-codes will be emailed to the email address provided on the Winner’s entry form at time of entry.
Total estimated retail value of all available prizes: $14,000.
Maximum of one (1) Instant Win Game prize per Entrant (defined by email address). An Instant Win Game Prize Winner is eligible to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.
In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to change and/or substitute any components of a prize at any time for a prize (or portion of a prize) of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion.
By participating in the Promotion, each Winner grants the right to Sponsor to record, videotape and photograph the winners (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, voice, conversation and any other attributes of Winner’s personality and appearance, individually or with others, in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, promotion or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND RULES: Prizes are non-transferable, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Taxes, and all other expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Winners. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damage of any kind which may arise in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance and/or use of any prize.
DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: By participating, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with this Promotion, or any Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal, state or local court located in Camden County, New Jersey. Entrants irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have. Any issues concerning the validity, interpretation or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules which might find otherwise. If there is any dispute regarding Sponsor’s ownership of entries, such dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion are to be directed to the Sponsor at the address below.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Promotion, you grant the Releasees permission to use your personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.campbellsoupcompany.com/privacy-policy/. If this Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, or if fire, flood, explosion, war, embargo, government requirements, fraudulent, criminal or grossly negligent acts, security breaches, civil or military authority, terrorism, acts of God, acts or omissions of carriers, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, interfere with the process for the Promotion as contemplated by these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor, may, without prior notice, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part. If this Promotion is terminated before the original end date and time, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up to the time of such action. All decisions of Sponsor in this regard are final. To the extent allowed by law, Entrants will not be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Entrant hereby waives, all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. If any provision of these Official Rules is held illegal or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative, and, provided that the fundamental terms and conditions of this Agreement remain legal and enforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain operative and binding. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
